3. Return & Refund Process
If a return is approved:
Free Return Service: For items labeled with "Free Return," AliExpress provides a prepaid return label, covering the return shipping cost.
Standard Return: If "Free Return" isn't available, you'll need to cover the return shipping expenses.
4. Refund Process:
Processing Time: Once we confirm receipt of the returned item and approve the refund, it typically takes 15 to 30 working days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.
